The job sat in an occupied commercial building. Access hours, elevator bookings, and neighboring tenants set the calendar as much as the drawings did.
Framing, mechanicals, and finishes were priced as one scope so the owner, architect, and property manager were looking at the same document. Closeout included the inspection set the lease required.
