Carroll Gardens kitchen renovation

The kitchen sat in a 19th-century brownstone that stayed occupied for the duration. The work started with a plumbing and stack review so the new island and range wall could land without guessing at shutoffs.

Cabinets, counters, and lighting were sequenced on one calendar with waterproofing and tile in the adjacent pantry. The finish had to meet the rest of the parlour floor, not read as a showroom insert.
