What we build

Four lines of work. One contractor.

Homeowners, renovators, developers, and property owners hire us for jobs that need a builder on the drawings, the site, and the schedule.

Why Blue Peak

A builder you can reach — from first walkthrough to punch list.

City jobs stall when trades, permits, and finishes are treated as separate problems. We run the work as one job, with one scope and one person to call.

  1. 01

    Written scope before mobilization

You know what is included, what is not, and what has to be decided before demolition.

  2. 02

Work for occupants and for owners

The same crew standard for a family in a townhouse and for a developer delivering a unit.

  3. 03

    Built around New York constraints

Access, neighbors, inspections, and occupied buildings are part of the plan — not surprises in week three.

How a job runs

Four steps from first conversation to a finished space.

  1. 01

    Appointment

We walk the property, or review drawings if you already have them. You leave with a clear sense of scope, constraints, and what happens next.

  2. 02

    Proposal

You receive a written scope, a timeline, and pricing you can actually use to decide. Questions get answered before anyone mobilizes.

  3. 03

    Build

Permits, trades, site protection, and inspections run on one calendar. You have a single point of contact for progress and decisions.

  4. 04

    Closeout

Punch list, walkthrough, and the documents that belong with a finished job. We do not disappear at substantial completion.

Questions

Before you call.

If you already have drawings, send them with the appointment request. If you do not, we can start from a walkthrough.

We take projects across New York City’s five boroughs. Our office is at 1250 Valley Road, Suite 200, Wayne, NJ. If your property is in the city, start with an appointment and we will confirm fit from there.

Use the appointment form on the Contact page or call 973-555-0147 during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Send the property location, the type of work, and any drawings you already have.

New construction, kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and commercial interiors. We work with homeowners, renovators, property owners, developers, and institutional clients.

Not always. If you already have drawings, we will price and build from those. If you are earlier than that, we can walk the property, help you define scope, and work alongside an architect you hire.

Yes. We carry the licenses and insurance required for the work we perform. Current certificates are available when you book — ask for them with your appointment.

It depends on plumbing moves, custom millwork, and whether the home stays occupied. A straightforward bathroom is often weeks, not days; a full kitchen is longer. You get a written schedule with the proposal, not a guess on the first call.
