If you already have an architect, we build from the set. If you are earlier, we start with an appointment, look at the constraints, and tell you what the job actually involves.

Appointment
We walk the property, or review drawings if you already have them. You leave with a clear sense of scope, constraints, and what happens next.

Proposal
You receive a written scope, a timeline, and pricing you can actually use to decide. Questions get answered before anyone mobilizes.

Build
Permits, trades, site protection, and inspections run on one calendar. You have a single point of contact for progress and decisions.

Closeout
Punch list, walkthrough, and the documents that belong with a finished job. We do not disappear at substantial completion.
