Ditmas Park new construction
A ground-up custom house built from the documents: foundation through finishes, with one contractor on the sequence.
The lot was tight and the drawings were complete. The job was to build them in order — foundation, frame, envelope, mechanicals, interiors — without treating each trade as a separate contract.
Permit coordination ran alongside procurement so millwork and windows were not the reason the schedule slipped. The house was walked and closed out with a written punch list.
